When logging in please provide your full email account : you@yourdomain.com, and your password to view your webmail
Once logged in, you have the option to create Auto-responders - Email forwarders - Change Password
HOW TO USE YOUR WEBMAIL
You will be presented with 3 WEBMAIL solutions.
ROUNDCUBE is Light , Fast and Simple to use .
HORDE is more sophisticated and has a SPAM protection level of its own.
EMAIL CLIENTS SET-UP
MANUAL DESKTOP EMAIL CLIENT SET-UP ( Outlook Express - Thunderbird - Outlook, Live Mail 2011 etc)
pop3 account set-up for an EXAMPLE domain name such as , "www.myexample.com"
Mail Server Username ( good for POP3 and SMTP ) : info@myexample.com
( most people forget to place their complete email as username, so mailbox will NOT work ! )
Incoming Mail Server: mail.myexample.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.myexample.com
Please do not forget if asked that "your server requires authentication"
Please see that SMTP port 26 is in place,otherwise place it manually. Default is 25 but it might NOT work.
If you are using Thunderbird, please do a manual set-up. Do not forget to offer your complete email as username.
